Available via Zoom or in person, these sessions are ideal for illuminating your unique habits, foibles, and strengths to make your body and practice stronger and more well rounded. I utilize safe and effective hands-on, full body adjustments for deeper awareness and achieving ideal alignment.

    Small group sessions are also available for friends, families, or organizations seeking individualized attention within a shared experience.

  • Better Yoga’s online studio offers weekly live classes designed to support strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Our classes are 2-way livestreams, meaning you can see your teacher, and your teacher can see you to offer personalized verbal adjustments in real time. It’s almost like we are ther in the room with you.

    Classes are thoughtfully sequenced, breath-aware, and rooted in sound anatomy and alignment—providing a sustainable practice you can return to again and again, from anywhere in the world.
